Description
Sèvres soft paste porcelain pair of vases and covers. Bleu nouveau ground, bell-shape covers with acanthus foliage, short fluted necks separated from oval bodies by drum-like sections mounted at either end with a lion mask and pelt; a pair of grisaille panels on each depicting wreaths and foliage, ribbed lower section with splayed feet mounted on ormolu square bases with paw feet.
